- James Sterrey Added February 08, 2018★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆The staff at Orange Electrical are pleasant and have good customer service but unfortunately are unreliable and expensive. It took 6-7 weeks for work to actually start and it got tedious calling regularly to chase this up. After attempts of fixing my existing AC and installation of a new one the invoice was $2800. The installed unit was dearer than market price by $189.
I suggest to future consumers that firm start-dates be established and perhaps ring around to ensure that you are not being overcharged.
